It can be hard to keep track of all the new holiday movies being released on streaming services, so I’ve compiled them here for you!

Netflix

  • ‘A Merry Little Ex-Mas’
    • Synopsis: This movie stars Alicia Silverstone as a recently divorced woman who is hoping for a picture-perfect family Christmas one last time before she sells her house. Unfortunately, her dreams are dashed when her ex-husband, played by Oliver Hudson, unexpectedly introduces his young and successful new girlfriend into the mix.

  • ‘Champagne Problems’
    • Synopsis: This movie stars Minka Kelly as a driven American executive who heads to Paris determined to acquire a champagne brand by Christmas — and accidentally falls for the heir to the champagne empire.

  • ‘Jingle Bell Heist’
    • Synopsis: Two down-on-their-luck hourly workers played by Olivia Holt and Connor Swindells team up to rob a posh London department store on Christmas Eve and they may steal each other’s hearts along the way.

  • ‘My Secret Santa’
    • Synopsis: When her daughter is accepted to an elite snowboarding camp at a ski resort, a mother played by Alexandra Breckenridge is desperate to make ends meet, so she takes a job as Santa at the resort. Then she hits it off with the manager of the resort, but her Santa-suited deception could keep them from truly connecting.

  • ‘Joy to the World’
    • Synopsis: When a lifestyle guru’s carefully crafted, fictional “perfect family” is suddenly expected to appear on a live Christmas Eve special, she recruits friends and neighbors to pose as her family – including her best friend, who still has feelings for her.

  • ‘Tyler Perry’s Finding Joy’
    • Synopsis: The movie follows a New York fashion designer whose talents are overshadowed by her boss. Just like her career, she has been unlucky in love. Encouraged by her steadfast friends, she follows her crush to Colorado, hoping for holiday magic. Instead, a shocking revelation and a snowstorm leave her stranded. At her lowest, she meets a man who transforms her perspective on life and love.

  • ‘Oh. What. Fun.’
    • Synopsis: The movie follows a mother played by Michelle Pfeiffer who holds her family together every holiday, but this year, they make the mistake of leaving her home alone. Fed up and feeling under appreciated, she sets off on an impromptu adventure of her own. As her family scrambles to find her, she discovers the unexpected magic of a Christmas gone off-script.

  • ‘Merv’
    • Synopsis: When their beloved dog Merv loses his spark after their split, a woman played by Zooey Deschanel and man played Charlie Cox are forced into the world’s most awkward co-parenting arrangement. Hoping to shake Merv out of his funk, Russ takes him to Florida for a much-needed getaway—only for Anna to show up unexpectedly. As Merv slowly gets his groove back, it turns out fixing their dog’s broken heart may lead to a few sparks of their own.

  • ‘The Family Plan 2’

An international game of cat-and-mouse ensues as the family battles, bickers and bonds their way through a series of bank heists, holiday hijinks and car chases.

  • ‘The First Snow of Fraggle Rock’
    • Synopsis: The Fraggles eagerly await the start of the holidays — but when only a single snowflake arrives and Gobo has writer’s block, the season is thrown off course. A journey to Outer Space leads to unexpected musical inspiration, while back at the Gorgs’ castle, Junior is overwhelmed by the surprise arrival of a baby sister. Together, the Fraggles and Gorgs learn that the most meaningful moments aren’t perfect — they’re unique, like snowflakes.
